This 28-minute documentary
was produced by my high school Media Production students as part of a grant
awarded to Norfolk Public Schools. The grant funded a program to help students
with special needs find traditional employment. Our task was to document the
process as well as employer, student and participant reactions. This production
utilized a variety of professional-grade video production equipment in addition
to two Macintosh iMovie-based computer stations. You may view this digital
